It has been a few months since I taught my last macaron class, but they are BACK! Just in time for the holidays, NYC-area students can come spend the afternoon learning how to make French macarons — perfect on the Thanksgiving dessert table or to give as holiday gifts!

Meeting a new group of students and baking together for a few hours is seriously one of my favorite things — we always have a great time, and it always results in having some delicious treats to snack on in the end!

The upcoming dates are Sunday, November 24th and Saturday, December 14th. Next weekend’s class is already half-full, so sign up soon if you want to join us! Tickets are only $45/each, which includes 3 hours of instruction and plenty of macarons to take home!
